Grand Altar of Dragon Communion

The Priestess Heart is a unique item in Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree that allows players to transform into a dragon. It is found at the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion, which is located in the eastern part of Crumbling Farum Azula. To reach the altar, players must first defeat Bayle the Dread, a formidable boss who guards the entrance.

Obtaining the Priestess Heart

After defeating Bayle, players can approach the Grand Altar of Dragon Communion. The Priestess Heart will be located on a small altar in the center of the room. To obtain it, simply interact with the altar.

Once you have the Priestess Heart, you can use it to transform into a dragon. To do so, simply disrobe and use the item. Your character will then take on the form of a dragon. While in dragon form, you will gain increased strength and access to powerful dragon attacks.

However, it is important to note that the transformation cannot be undone except by death. So, be sure to use the Priestess Heart wisely.
